- Do you do setups or repairs on (other stringed instruments than) guitars?
Yes, we do! Our repair shop comprises of simple tasks like cleaning or restringing your guitar, as well as big repairs of cracks and other types of damages. The costs and time-frame of these tasks differ; we give you an indication beforehand. You pay afterwards.
Except for guitars, we also do work on basses, ukuleles, mandolins, banjos or in some cases other stringed instruments. The best thing to do is to come by our shop and show your instrument, or to mail us some clear photos for the possibilities.
- Do I need to make an appointment for a setup or repair for my guitar?
No, this is not necessary. The waiting time depends on the task and might take longer than usual, depending on how busy our repair-department is; you can always mail or call us to ask.
- Is everything on your website actually in stock?
All guitars on our website are indeed in stock (mistakes aside). We actually have more guitars in stock than shown on our website; you are always welcome to come by and see if your dream guitar is here!
Accessoires such like straps and string may not be up-to-date due to the fact that we have to do this manually. Prior to ordering, it's best to check the actual availability by calling or mailing us.
- How do you handle (inter)national orders?
We ship both national & international! Ordering a product is possible via our webshop, after creating your own account (see the upper right).
Within the Netherlands, we make use of the service by PostNL. When ordering a product, an additional amount will be charged for shipping.
In the case of international orders, the shipping costs differ per country and weight of the product. Please mail or call us for the exact information.
Returning your order is possible, but this has to be paid by the customer.
