The Martinez MC88C model has the classic cedar/rosewood combination as the MC58C. However, the bodyshape is slightly larger and the total finishing is more luxurious. The machine heads are more precise and look more luxurious. The MC88C has beautiful real wooden bindings and luxurious tie block. Most important however is that the sound is more refined with better projection. The rosewood sides and back give the instrument definition and depth, the cedar top is responsible for the warm sound with quick response.
This Martinez guitar has new features such as the angled bone saddle and the lightweight trussrod with hidden access. Excellent playability is standard with Martinez Guitars.
